Ravan Hicks, a retired Army veteran and Counterintelligence Special Agent, is the powerhouse behind RISC. His distinguished career spans across the Department of Defense Intelligence and Security Command, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, the Department of Homeland Security, and even the FBI's National Cyber Investigation Joint Task Force. Serving key roles within The Office of the Secretary of Defense and The Office of the Under Secretary of Defense of Intelligence, he provided invaluable advice on security and national security matters.

Ravan's leadership extends beyond his military and federal government service. His expertise runs deep in conducting intelligence operations, targeting analysis, counterespionage and counterterrorism investigations, as well as cyber counterintelligence. His specialties lie in dissecting the operations of foreign intelligence services and terrorist organizations.

As a certified Counterintelligence Special Agent for the Department of the Army, Ravan's qualifications are extensive. He is a Certified Ethical Hacker, Certified Digital Media Collector, Computer Incident Responder, Certified Defensive Source Handler, and a Certified Counterterrorism Intelligence Analyst. His proficiency in Signal Intelligence, Insider Threat, Risk Management, and Cyber Security is unmatched.
